Baked Brie in a Puff Pastry

1 wheel brie cheese
1 frozen puff pastry
1 egg
Some sauce, chopped nuts, chopped fruit or something

Thaw the pastry. Place the brie, with it's thin, white rind, in the center and fold the pastry around it as best you can, trimming it where necessary and pinching up the seams to seal it. You can use the trimmings to decorate it with shapes or your initials or something. It looks really pretty when it bakes up. Beat the egg with a couple tablespoons water and brush some of the mix over the pastry. Bake at 375 for 20 - 30 minutes, watching it to make sure the top does not burn. I drizzled a raspberry-chipotle sauce over mine (Purchased at Cost Plus) but I've seen it served with chopped nuts and fruits too. Serve hot and gooey with crackers or pieces of yummy bread.
