“Connecting Communities: Native Foods and Wellness” The IPCC presents an entire series of panel discussions that include: Feast Day Cooking; Native Chefs in Contemporary Kitchens; Native Foods at Hotels and Casinos; Farm Programs in Schools; Seed Sovereignty and Biopiracy; Coomunity of Southwest Farms and Food Educators; Heirloom Seeds and Animal Breeds. Look forward to Chef demonstrations & tastings, outdoor food booths & farmers market, Native dances & artist demonstrations, as well as an evening feast.
