Photographs
This system has a very unique photo album and image upload system. Registered users may upload to any number of puplic galleries, or they may create their own galleries and upload to them. For a private user gallery that only the user may upload to, it is best to create a personal gallery prior to uploading any images, and select that gallery when uploading images. However, if no gallery is selected, the images will show up on the user's account page and will be selectable under the user's name on the gallery browse page.
You don't have to add a photo gallery to add photos. You can simply add them under your name, or assign them to one of the many public galleries.
However, this option allows you to better organizaing your own photos. Unless you specify otherwise, no one can add to or edit the phto albums you create. However, you may specifically assign a photo album to be public, in which case anyone can add to it.
You can upload a single image, specifying various information about the image. Images should be no more than 500 pixels wide by 700 tall.
It is very important that you name your photos something informative before doing a mass upload. You can change the name after they upload, but it takes longer. Images may be mass uploaded using various popular compression techniques.
Open up the list of phto galleries. Choose to examine public galleries or all the photos you have taken. The photo galleries section initially displays several rows of the most resent and most popular photos.
This option will display only albums that you have created.
